Therapy for Healing and Connection

Stress, conflict, and trauma can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and the way we relate to the people we care about most. Over time, these experiences can create patterns of disconnection, including misunderstandings, emotional distance, or cycles of conflict that feel confusing, painful, and hard to change. Whether you are coming to therapy on your own, with a partner, or as a family, you may find yourself longing for clarity, closeness, or a sense of relief, while also feeling unsure how to get there.

My work is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported. I focus on strengthening communication, repairing attachment bonds, and helping individuals and relationships reconnect in more secure and authentic ways. In our work together, we slow things down and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface, creating space for emotions, experiences, and needs that may not have felt safe or possible to express before. Therapy becomes a place to build insight, compassion, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and relational and systemic perspectives, allowing us to look at both individual experiences and the broader relational context. I specialize in trauma and integrate EMDR and Flash technique to support healing from complex trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, stress, and other life challenges. With children, I use play therapy to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With preteens and teens, I often incorporate expressive art to support emotional expression, regulation, and connection.

Therapy can support individuals, couples, and families in communicating more openly, managing stress, navigating life transitions, and strengthening their relationships. It can also be a space to feel seen, grounded, and supported as you move toward greater balance and connection in your life.

I am currently welcoming new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you as you take these next steps toward healing and growth.

Guided by Connection and Compassion

"Healing happens when people feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and valued. My heart is to walk alongside others with empathy and authenticity, creating a space where laughter, vulnerability, and quiet reflection can lead to meaningful change."

About Me

I’m a therapist (which I love!), but I also have a beautiful life outside of the therapy room. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three kids, and find peace and inspiration in nature. Hiking, kayaking, camping, or simply soaking up the fresh air—being outdoors helps me feel grounded and restored.

I am now accepting new clients! I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
