Dakota Caynor, MFT

As a therapist I believe my role is to give clients the opportunity to look at themselves and their problems in order to accept themselves or make meaningful changes in their lives.

The majority of my experience comes from couples and clients working through trauma, but I can work with a variety of clients such as families or individuals. I typically use techniques from Narrative Therapy, Strategic Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, but it is important to me to be flexible enough to meet clients where they are at.

I offer a free consultation to give clients the opportunity to see if I am a good fit for their needs and will try and offer a referral if I cannot.
